not entirely true, it would be pretty easy to set a joint venture on some of CRE 's more juicy pits to funnel cash. Especially when you are running both companies.
Basically there are endless scenarios and implications that we could discuss ad nauseum Its certainly interesting and a way to pass the time while we wait.
I am sure that if they dont aleady have a strategy in place they are working on one with or without stone.
We have it easy, all we have to do is wait and decide to hold or not :)
