I remember the first time that I became aware of this company .... I watched something on ABC about it.

the very next day the stock jumped by more than 30 cents and I believe that was as high as it went.

my gut feeling was then as it is now that GTG had/has huge potential.

to continue to believe this one has to simply look at the ways that this company had to fight to protect its intellectual property.

however as of anybody in the legal profession will tell you when you have to protect your interest through the courts even if you win you have actually lost.

it is impossible to fight every case and that's a fact.

IMHO how much fight is left in GTG should determine the intrinsic value for its intellectual property and ultimately the share price.

I suspect at the end there will be nothing left in the tank.
