to continue to believe this one has to simply look at the ways that this company had to fight to protect its intellectual property.
however as of anybody in the legal profession will tell you when you have to protect your interest through the courts even if you win you have actually lost.
it is impossible to fight every case and that's a fact.
IMHO how much fight is left in GTG should determine the intrinsic value for its intellectual property and ultimately the share price.
I suspect at the end there will be nothing left in the tank.
They do not need to fight every case, as they have won, it is only a negotiation process now, as to how much GTG will get in licence fees.
Well please do some research before you come to nothing in the tank conclusion. GTG have announce 3 baby licences over the last 2 months totallin $9 million AUD, There are many licences to be awarded as yet,the biggies, and they will rake the money in, yes it will need some arm twisting, by the patent attorneys, but they will eventually capitulate.
Also as more and more companies are signing up, those companies whom are sitting on the sidelines observing proceedings, will be getting more and more nervous, and eventually get a call from GTG to cough up, other wise they will be made to shut down their business, now what are they going to do????.
