"3 baby licences totalling $9million" thats a huge result...not a baby one.

Why on earth would you go after companies that would close down. GTG wouldn't make a $.

Licensing agreements is about working with the companies that use your intellectual property and ensuring they achieve their full potential as well.

If you decide to run a company with someone elses intellectual property and it has the potential to make the license fee look like small change - would you fight it in court after knowing three companies have now coughed up $9million.
