OG , I believe they only need to 'commit' to drilling 1 well by Feb 07 , rather than actually 'spud' by that date , to meet the permit conditions.
Therefore perhaps Coron North may spud Q3~Q4 07 (subject to what ever the planned 3D siesmic trows up later this year..)
