I've got a couple of problems with the Roth target of $3.84.
Firstly, the fact that Roth is employed by VLA to provide investment banking services poses an obvious conflict, partiocularly when they then give a 10x target in 12 mths.
Second, the AUD3.84 figure is the conversion from USD3.00. When a round figure like $3 is the outcome of assumptions that give something like $2.28 + $0.72, my warning bells go off. It looks like the assumptions weren't independent, but instead massaged to achieve the desired end result. What are the odds of getting a round figure like $3 when adding together unrounded figures to 2 decimal places??
In saying that, I like VLA technology. But I also thought the SP rise was too much, too quick on the back of no new information.
