As soon as something of substance is announced, this will all change. There's sheep in every stock. Tax time isn't helping.
At a market cap of around $24m with $5m in the bank, the market isn't factoring in much at all.
Does the market think it will get a piece of Rozna? No way.
Does the market think it will produce in Ukraine? No way.
Does the market think it will get the Czech permits? No way.
