Could you please show the information that you used as a base for coming to the conclusions that are in your post. I suggest they are sweeping statements without factual base.
You assume that if they are in discussion regarding their loans that they are in default. Do you have some proof of that. Maybe they are negotiating better loan terms because of improving conditions. That is if they are in any negotiations at all. You call them property developers. They are a lot different in their business model to property devellopers I have dealt with in the past. I suggest you err in your business description.
Can I suggest some more research or wait until August and review the report. Unless of course you can show something more now to back up your post.
