As there is basically no information being put out by the company on this 'asset', you can't assign a value to it.
It could be worth zip or it could be worth 5 times that.
Until AZZ actually puts out some hard facts and gets away from the "TOP SECRET" mode it has been operating under for years (Except when someone at the company wants to give interviews while the shares are suspended), the shares won't move up.
Lack of information = a low share price and uncertainty.
How many years does it take for these people to learn that?
