i think its a notable factor just exactly how much the price of iron ore decreases this negotiation period. If it is less than previously though via my last posts article, we could see financing being finalised then. it would only make sense to wait until this negotiation period ends before anything becomes finalised.

hopefully for all chinas demand increase and there stockpiles deplete so the big producers have a stronger argument as to the price offer.
