Fine they have guards on patrol and I would expect them to in Africa.

We have to look at such a post which makes it seem as if it is going to have a constant threat of being blown up.

The oil pipe line I am sure would have been blown up if trouble makers had really wanted to do it.You are not going to have enough guards to stop it happening.
I am sure if you had explosives with you in the vehicle you were in,you would have seen places you could have jumped out and blown the oil pipe line up.
Guards here in Australia do not stop people trying to derail trains and doing damage to carriages in rail yards.

I think you will find the group who robbed the banks were Nigerians from Bakassi not from Cameroon.

I am not being nasty,just trying to be realistic about it.
