I surely is disappointing and on another forum I asked the CEO questions on the profit upgrade announcement and part of his response was :
"The other point I should make is whenever you take over a company, there is a settling in period where we find out a lot more about the company and how it performs. Now that half a year has elapsed, I would say the acquisition has been generally positive. But it takes at least a full year before the changes we have put in take effect". - To me that sounds like they may have come across issues within the TMS business that aren't too favaorable.
Unfortunately the current market depth looks decidely ugly and we aren't getting much help from the performance of the US markets - Hoping not but its possible that we could even slip into the low 4's.
