I stand by all that I have said. In the short term if J-Power pulls out of the deal the share price will go under 20 cents and if there are any delays you can expect 17 cents. However, once and if Hydro is up and running, transition lines complete and earning money 27.5 cents isn't a great deal. Is that contradictory? No its not when you de-risk the project you expect more reward. If the takeover takes say 2 months or more you have to weigh that against the fact that the Hydro project will be substantially complete in 5 months. You need to weigh all of this up and you have to consider if a shareholder gets there money now they will have at least 9 months of time to invest those funds before Hydro revenue/expenses has 6 months of cashflow. Anyway this wasn't to answer you it was to provide clarity to my thinking simpletons like you see the world black and white. And guess what the world is much more complex. Good luck to shareholders in the end I wish J-Power continues the takeover but ultimately shareholders will have the final say on whether they want to accept.
