have to say I'm hedging my bets, half gone and half hold - if for some reason j-power pulls out (unlikely) then price will tank. if shareholders vote no, then price will tank and board should spill. I think a no vote is more likely but find either option HIGHLY unlikely - FIRB might not like it - that might be the kicker but they let infigen go so where is the precedent.
if it does fail and the price tanks then at least I can double up with the proceeds of sale.
should know within a week either way...
