Genex' offtake agreement with Energy Australia means that we didn't see any upside from grid stabilisation, spot price etc. We just get the fixed rental payment from them, they use the asset (and then they are allowed to acquire kidston fully at the end of the 30 year rental period). This is probably part of the reason we're able to get taken over for a relatively cheap price without a competing offer.
