I sympathize with Tibet and Tibetans but I also sympathize with Iraq and Iraqis .The Americans trying to preach to the Chinese about human rights is outrageous hypocrisy . Since 1980 I have been to China over 40 times, the west needs understand how its seen by the east, the Chinese have made amazing strides and the best way to encourage them further is through friendship and trade. America tried to bomb the Vietnam into its own own ideology and its only prospered since it was left alone. A few hundred dead in Tibet is a great shame, 1m dead in Iraq is genocide.
REALLY, who are we to lecture a country about its values when our own country helped America invade Iraq to steal oil?
