But on Friday's 'Courier Mail' property section they have 2 articles of interest (to me).The Surfair Tavern on the Sunshine Coast that last sold in 2008 for $13m just reportedly sold for between $4.2m and $4.4m. It's not really what this discussion is about but mentioned it out of interest.
More to the point, however, the Outrigger at Coolangatta just sold 81 units for $6.96m. Thats $86k each.The price tags in 2006 was between $275k and $350k each.
The other half dozen, or so, articles were all positive.
