Saved a few hundred grand, made most of it from the stock market. Problem is rents are as high as mortgage costs so any money plowed into rent is essentially dead money.
Taken most of it out of the stock market and am getting 4.7% pa interest at ME bank. I'm not confident enough in the world economy to be fully leveraged in shares or property at the moment.
Could pay off!? Will have to wait it out a couple of years I think.
