don't think rich asians are going to buy in Cranbourne or far away from the city. They want to be close and are buying up property within 10 kms, l would not touch anything far away. Students and young people will rent or live close to the city. My business just won a job for apartments 6 km from the city in Melbourne 114 of them all sold out in 6 weeks.
