    well for what it's worth I don't care what the 'value' of the A$ is. My A$ is worth a A$ in Aust & that is that.

    Re housing prices. A mates brother knocked back a 340k offer 3 months ago in Carlisle (Perth) & last week willinngly accepted an offer of 300k. So on that deal it seems as though the 2 interest rate rises have cooled the housing mkt.
