This week we get to see what effect the rate rise in November had on investment and owner occupied housing loans. Monday data is for owner occupied loans and on Wednesday we get the investment loan data. This will be indicative of immediate effects the rate rise had and fuel for the "housing bubble" crowd of which i am one of. Sold my investment propert a bit too early but as they say you never go broke taking a profit.
