Hi Stocko that area and all along there and down to Portsea have had some rises all out of proportion to the rest of the Melbourne market and could see some selling with people cashing in their properties to buy elsewhere . As for the rest of the Melbourne market there will be a slowdown in some areas and bargains in another but a Property Crash will not happen This is my opinion only Regards Towie
