    Hi I went to an auction in Balwyn yesterday a averaged size Balwyn block the house a double story brick that needs 40---50 grand at least spent on it to make it a reasonable home or a bulldozer the agents were quoting it in the 570 plus range they said the house was on the market for sale when the price reached 600000-00 it finally sold for $723000-00 Towie
