When did a real estate agent ever give a true market value of anythng??

Here agents are still having a great time of it. One said they dont really care what they sell proprty for as long as it sells quickly.

I live neer the NSW QLD border. There are as many properties being bought and sold as there were two years ago at the peak of the market.

The market here has not fallen, it is still going up, just there was a correction from the absolute peak.
