Like most advantageous things in life, it can be used for good and for bad.
Bad things like the spread of misinformation, such as the AI's use of well-known medical specialists' images to spread dangerous, false medical claims. As far as I can tell, this is a recent development,
The use of a variety of Biblical interpretations has resulted in a smorgasbord of different claims, like the origins of life, the requirements for eternal life, and even the shape of the earth, which uses AI to justify claims and to spread these beliefs via the Internet while using brain washing technques via scare mogering.

My wish is that we use our brains to establish reality and to avoid what is fed to us via things like the malicious use of AI to peddle dangerous medical misinformantion and to avoid being sucked in by Biblical interpretations of inspired texts that pedal misinformation.
