Unless you're denser than miles, surely you'd agree the sentiment trying to be propogated is that the war machine known as the SH army/Air force/Navy/Republican guards that oppressd the people of Iraq were placed there and armed to the teeth by the US administrations.

And many of the components you listed in that article have been shown to have many civilian and non-military uses and stuff sold to many many countries.
