I doubt there will be a preference deal. Plenty of backdoors going on and none to my knowledge have any shareholder preference deals. Stinks but thats the price for expediency.
Should have the NOM released in the next week or so and that will provide a lot of the details.
A prospectus will be released for compliance purposes and shareholders will be able to apply through that like everybody else. But good luck with that as brokers will have allocations and will be considerably oversubscribed imo. You won't have to be a sophisto imo.
FOT has the perfect capital structure, reputable directors and a tech business being vended in thats growing its monthly revenues substantially in a massive market.
FOT will be hot !
