the proposed spinoff

Just finished reading the annual report (yes im slow), does anybody have any thoughts on the proposed spin-off of ARH's other assests?

Correct me if im wrong, but hasnt a substantial amount of our Sherlock Bay Nickel gone un-tested for potential yields?

Also, is this spin-off a sell-off or rather a subsidary company focusing on its assest under the control of ARH?

What would be the hastle to ARH keeping it in-house and conducting further tests? Nickel is at a good price at the moment.
