5. Lots of posters on HC that are non holders post negatives of the stock...why do that unless you want to panic holders into selling ?

CONs

1 The company has not yet released evidence of sales of its batteries to the market...it needs to show the market it is income producing.

2. Tanzania is a difficult country
to do business in and get funding for mining activity.

3. There has been negative press in the media vabout MNS.

Another PRO you forgot to add (which you wrote yesterday elsewhere):

the stock price has crashed (which you said is a great thing because you can now buy more at a low price - agreed! Im assuming there will be a party thrown when it hits 2 cents as then we can load up even more)

Some additional CONS:

the strong management team has led ASIC to commence a 2nd investigation into MNS

MNS is $150 million in debt with no revenues to be able to service the interest payments
