Both have been asked to provide docs, Magnis/Frank asked to provide many many more however. ASIC has to provide well before MNS and then approx one month later MNS to provide theirs, right of reply etc given ASIC are the ones taking MNS to court. That’s how I understand it, however I have not the pleasure to understand court docs as much as Andy, so I could be wrong. All this court jargon can be confusing for little ole me.
