yes saw that case, he attempted to sue asx for $500m as a scare tactic, didn’t get anywhere. It took 4 years to reach a conclusion and penalties/costs to follow. I’m curious how Magnis can pay the retainer to their new corporate lawyers? When the last ones quit for non payment - go figure!
