    The $570,000 payment by MNS to IM3 for ‘in stock’ batteries to showcase in Tanz should be refunded as no batteries received - according to The Aus story 22 instant. Has a refund been formally requested by MNS CFO? Will this refund be treated as a ‘receivable’ in the six months financial report which is imminent?
