Learn to read. Start with A is for Apple. The only reason Magnis is in suspension is NY. That will get sorted soon enough. Either Magnis walks away or Magnis gets full ownership. One thing for sure is Shailesh and C4V will no longer be part of it no matter who ends up with it. How can he be. His lender has walked. Did I not say here that once the lender knew the reason they can’t sell batteries was Shailesh They would walk. Even if Magnis had money he wouldn’t be getting any imo. Where does that leave him? Broke.
Would not surprise me if Shailesh would try to weasel his way back to Frank. He knows it’s lights out for him soon.
