    Who’s to say it wasn’t? In the LinkedIn msg they say measuring the thickness of coating, hardly a big job and I’ll presume it’s only done a certain times, not during the whole coating process, just a simple QC. I think the $150m you keep referring to would’ve been put to better use elsewhere. Just guessing.
