&Unfair preferences
-Uncommercial transactions
-Unreasonable director related transactions
-Creditor defeating dispositions

ASIC also has a fund available to Administrators in cases where public interest is served in furthering investigations.

I'd be tipping these people are banking on time to be able to defeat the rules above, which apply to transactions between 6 months (unfair preference transactions) and 4 years old, prior to Administration.
