    i think they may have their own distractions on this ride! probs will fnd it hard to get an auditor who wont provide a heavily qualified report with the prognosis - insolvent! given the lack of detail imn relation to current loan, lack of follow ups on that near term batteryco MOU, and lack of funders coming in to fund this thing notwithstanding the "positive" comments by certain pro MNS posters. all imo
