first of all it is headed "2007 AGM".

secondly - it claims that the directors cannot vote on their own election (read the exclusion statement) due to a listing rule restriction.
i am neither a company secretary nor a lawyer - but this seems downright wrong & preposterous.
How do you think James Packer / Rupert Murdoch etc retain control of the companies that they have big shareholdings in??? BY VOTING FOR THEMSELVES AT THE AGM>
Glenn - you need to get onto this. IMI is downright wrong and treating you very badly here. I have never seen anything more ridiculous.
