And @gerzensee is absolutely correct when he says humour then diverts us back to the frontal vagal system and relieves the stress caused by the amygdala!

I'm sure that's not where my amygdala is located, and lockdown has certainly made me very familiar with all the places where the sun don't shine! I'm sure I can feel my amygdala when I clench, as I watch the SP drop!!!
