1. No children under 12.
2. Doctors would refuse to participate in trial with some children at risk of getting placebo when they truly believe Ryoncil could save their lives. That's what Dr. Kurtzberg said, see my post linked above. Instead of trial with risk of getting placebo, they would participate in expanded access program with 100 percent chance of getting the treatment.
