    Retail investor dont hurt managent that bad as they rely on these so called sophisticated investors who get shares at discount and control the price and voting power... BB has already worked out the votes and you bet all will be approved.. thats why i dont like investing in speculative stocks because these novice CEO are just there to worry about their own interest..
