    "You truly believe a majority of the selling is physical?"

    The majority is irrelevant. Price movements in gold are not decided by a popular vote!

    I truly believe that the volume of physical gold for sale is greater than the volume of buying interest for gold. If that wasn't true, the price wouldn't have fallen as it did.

    The ratio of derivative or EFT transactions to physical transaction is irrelevant. The three markets are locked together.
