No, not at all

But my buy rating is an event related sentiment, when the guys find something to buy to put into the AVD shell, then we will all know wether we have been clever or not. For me its as simple as that.

Any talk that AVD is in any way a value proposition is just ludicrous. People around HC bang on about how good it is that they have access to the $40m sterling facility as if it is something new, THEY HAVE HAD IT FOR YEARS.

And furthermore IT CAN ONLY BE DRAWN ON UP TO A CERTAIN LENDING VALUE RATIO. They can't just walk in the door of Sterling Bank and grab a callico bag full of money.

I still beleive that Bajada, Skenkla and the other fella I cant think of now, can pull a rabit out of their hat: the PXR/Palace deal proves that. And if they can find an assett that is in vogue then the equity markets will provide the extra cash and the SB facility will be of value. But! I feel that newbies to the market need to know what they are getting into with AVD.

So, Still keen, but under no illusion that this is a 20 to 1 shot at best. Off course, if we win then we could well be on a 20 bagger
