I'm here and the last payment was late. Payments are due (I think) about 3 weeks after the quarterly is released, and are usually between 3 weeks late and 5 weeks late. So at the latest, they are paid 4 weeks before the next quarterly is due. The last payment was about average and was made after the usual reminder calls/emails (I think it was mid-December). No excuses were given though like the previous one, which was very late.
All I can do is indicate that they either had cash flow problems or incompetency issues until about mid-December (neither would be unusual).
