Covid released its unfortunate effect on the globe and all things related "business" on Jan 20
- I feel it is somewhat premature to be basing on going developments as a "flop" as you refer to it.
Establishing contracts etc would take a minimum of up to 24 months under these circumstances.
The medical market had more pressing issues with patients etc than organizing business contracts.
I think under the circumstances the last 12 months have been excellent for IME considering the market they have been working in.
