My theory !
A sudden resignation has implications... and not wearing rose coloured glasses they are not all bad.
If this was for health or personal reasons - the announcement would have said that...
so Tolga was most likely pushed - and responded by walking out.
Tolga has done a great job getting the company to where it is today.
It is common for companies to change their MD as they go through different stages... and SYR is a different company now to when Tolga stepped up to his role.
Maybe the board has decided they need someone with different skills - and Tolga wasnt happy with that decision ?
The question is why and what happened
