If you believe: (1) it is multiples of KTE's current MC, and; (2) that KTE will survive long enough to see it; then KTE is good value at current prices.
Mears technology looks commercially significant, in a commercially significant market sector, and it appears that an IPO is planned for 2016. KTE's outgoings are tiny, and its market cap is about A$7M (under US$5M).
It therefore appears (to me at least) that (1) and (2) both have a good chance of being true.
