I raised this on HC six months ago but it mostly fell on deaf ears. It was screaming out to every shareholder in the face! I never invested KIK but I got a 'hot tip' on them last year so I thought I would do some research.
I spent hours searching through KIK and it's directors and I did not like what I saw and that is why I raised my concerns on here.
