vis a vis IMD and ASL, seems IMD looks after Directors whereas ASL looks after shareholders!
IMD always seems to pay good salaries to Directors but, only pays dividends when it really has to. When the directors deem that they shouldn't pay a div. they still draw their salaries! Seems something wrong somehow!
