you have found a little Gem, i first invested in IFT many years ago when the S/P was under $2 ( EARLY THIS PM WAS TOUCHING $9.95 )
In answer to your reseach question go the NZX press on the main board scroll down to infratril ( IFT ) and press on the IFT and it will bring you to annual reports and announments and you can continue your reseach.
annual incentive payments to morrison;s have been a bone of contention for years by shareholders .This year however IFT HAVE MANAGED to negoiate a deal for shares in lieu of cash.
INFRATRIL LTD was started by LLOYD MORRISON a great man who passed before his time and morrison have continued the management of INFRATRIL and report the excutive board of IFT. Ifratril are an amazing comany owning 50% of business in engand,singapore ,Australia and of renewable energies in Arizona (USA) & AS YOU MENTIONED data centres in Auckland & Albany (nz) also lots of imaging hospitals in NZ & Aust.
I could go on but so much to say about this great company and its excutives.
