Agree , once people come to the realisation it is futile attempting to slow down or halt climate change , and just accept humanity as we know it wont be around post 2100 then it really is a waste of money taking the moral high ground and getting an EV while China and India ramp up their coal fired power stations courtesy of Australian sourced coal .
Instead just enjoy the party while it lasts , I am looking forward to a world tour will burn plenty of CO2 o the cruises and international flights no guilt here , too many aggressive p0lar bears now anyway .
